Questions

Good to know before you start.

Who is Lison for?

For Uzbek speakers who want to learn Russian, English or both. Explanations, hints and the interface are in Uzbek; everything you practise is in the language you are learning.

Why is Lison invite-only?

The voice tutor and the AI translation cost money on every use, and we cover it ourselves for now. So Lison opens to people we invite. Sign in with Telegram to join the waitlist; if a friend sent you an invite link, open it and you are in.

Why do I sign in with Telegram?

So you never need a password. Telegram confirms who you are; your account opens as soon as you have an invite.

What level do I need?

None. You can start from zero (A0) or tell Lison you are at A1, A2 or B1. A short placement test with up to 12 questions finds the right starting point.

How much time does it take each day?

You choose 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes a day. Ten is a good start. Your plan for the day is sized to fit.

Can I learn Russian and English at the same time?

Yes. Both courses live in one account and you can switch at any time. Each course keeps its own path, cards and progress.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Lison runs in the browser on phone and desktop, and you can install it to your home screen like an app.
